Harald recording the score for City of Bones. Eying the monitor closely, might that be Simon and Isabelle? I do believe it is. ;)
Taking a break briefly from the tarot card project, I asked Cassandra Jean to draw the four seasons as the four Shadowhunter series I have either written or planned right now — The Mortal Instruments, The Infernal Devices, the Dark Artifices, and The Mysterious TLH.
Here The Mortal Instruments takes the season of fall. From left: Maia, Simon and Isabelle, Sebastian (lurking darkly on a bench) Jace and Clary, Luke and Jocelyn, Alec and Magnus, and Jordan, all in Central Park on a fall day.
From Cassandra Jean’s Shadowhunter Tarot — there were just so many requests for Simon/Izzy it had to be done. They take the Ace of Swords/Blades which can mean unity and breakthroughs. Also Simon is holding Glorious which is definitely worthy of being the Ace of Blades.
A little bit of Thursday heartbreak. The four of steles/wands from Cassandra Jean’s Shadowhunter Tarot, a card that often represents home and family. The Lightwood kids in happy past days.
More of Cassandra Jean’s Shadowhunter Tarot! Here Alec and Isabelle take the place of the Tower Card, only with the Institute as the Tower in the background.
Exclusive: Collider has the image of Jemima as Izzy without text, in high quality! They also have this to say:
One of the more anticipated Young Adult adaptations coming up is director Harald Zwart’s take on The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and Screen Gems has provided us with an exclusive first look atJemima West as the character Isabelle in the film. The story follows Clary Fray …
She looks so Izzy. :)

Things I noticed: that’s her whip, coiled under her arm. That’s Simon, standing behind her. (Sony ships Sizzy.) The beds look like infirmary beds. Izzy when Clary wakes up? Or when Alec is sick? I like the way they’ve done the faded out runes on her arm.
Go see the bigger version of the picture here! Like and comment if you can. :)
